I just attended your two-day seminar at Blue Harbor Resort (WVTA conference 2020) and have to tell you  Thank you so much!!!  I ‘ve been a technician for 26 years noiw and will definitely put into practice your techniques!!  I’m happy to say that one of my clinic owners is very pro low-stress handling( we are silver Cat Friendly Practice) so she will love this information!! I will be showing our other techs your videos.  Another technician attended with me and love it also.  I appreciate you taking a whole weekend to teach us. You are a very engaging, energetic speaker and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!  Thanks again!!
